I get what you're saying.
It's the whole (de)centralization argument nobody has ever solved here or anywhere.
I agree that Baking is ripe for fraud as you imply and needs Anon participation to stay above board.
I also think that Note taking as a Baker job is too much for most Bakers (current one big exception).
Some Anons like to Note Take so I say let that flourish and have Baker consider those at the post 600-650 mark.
Might be an organic already going on start to a solution to some long-running issues.
