THE CONTROL AND ISSUANCE OF BLANK BALLOTS IS KEY.
I'm in CA, Central Valley where we are still a solid RED county.
I'm not saying there was any fuggery going on but…Newsome shut down all the normal polling places and only allowed [in my case] 3 places to cast your vote which encompassed multiple cities.
I went to vote early [1st day] on Sat. and here is where it gets jankey…
I handed in my mail in ballot, signed my name, verified my person, was then told to go over to "those people over there" and they will give you a new ballot.
There were signs up for every precinct except mine. I could not get a ballot. I was not represented there.
I asked if I was at the wrong polling place and was told NO. I was then directed to a "special area" where the nice lady would "print me up a NEW ballot"…but this ballot did not have a perforated top on it, so to be removed and held as my "receipt" for my vote. Others in line including my son had to do the same. My daughter did not have to do that but was not allowed to use a paper ballot instead was told she must use the electronic voting machine in order to cast her vote. She is from a neighboring city and this too was her specified voting place. She too was given no receipt for her vote.
