I snapped a pic of my ballot in Ohio
It started as a blank piece of paper with a chamfer on one end, lady took my id, put the paper in a little printer, and it printed the section above the dotted lines. Went to the machine, put my card into the machine, voted- it printed my selections out then there was another machine on the way out that sucked it up
