I just finally figured out why this was the only way to go after election fraud.

Only a sitting President has standing in the courts to use the insurrection/treason aspect.

But then you have to be a sitting President who wins but seems to lose a second term.

AND you have to be clean enough to take the scrutiny of the ballot challenges. A Democrat could never do it because the party machine wouldn't allow it. And, of course, a Bush couldn't either. And wouldn't.

Trump is the only man who could do this job.

And he had to bait them into thinking they could get away with it.
