I just checked virginia's registered voters, and the number is over 5million, as it has been in most all recent elections.
and florida has over 14 million registered voters.
your spreadsheet is off.
go lookup the registration info for each state from the state's Secretary of State (SOS) site to get the correct registered numbers.
yes turnout is very high.
Most states will breakdown by county the total registered voters.
the real problem is unclean voter rolls.
people move, people die… are they removed from the rolls so their names cannot be used to vote in place of them?
not to mention the votes that are bribed or stolen outright.
