IT Fag here… Sorry to rain on the whole watermark parade… but this isnt possible. Every state handles their own election and uses their own vendors/equipment to print their own ballots. Putting a water mark in there would require significant effort and likely a supply side inject. Its not probably to do it at scale unnoticed. The best that could be done is checking to see if a printer officially used for printing ballots was used to print a certain ballot. That is how they caught the leaker (Winner)
Logical… One of the main reasons for the mail-in, was so they could use them to fill in the gaps after election day…. The "estimates" were only for voter suppression.
Aside from the fact its State vs Country, they don't really care about the president as they are about themselves and apart of the establishment. I would say that perhaps it was a "trade".
While staying optimistic, we have to acknowledge the possibility that Biden may cheat his way to victory. IF that is the case… then what? No more durham, no more hunter, no more anything… likely the great reset, IRAN ND, PCA, etc. etc. Luckily holding the senate will lameduck the President, and there is likely to be no more openings on SCOTUS.
Its a .us website. anyone can register a .us domain. Going to the official .gov site does not backlink which makes this suspect. Unless you can provide an official site pointing to this, we have to acknowledge the possibility this is disinformation.
