Realize I'm responding to myself..newfag here lurking since Nov 2017. How much you wanna bet, that many "certified" tallies by various SOS's are not "truly certified" unless they have been sued by a candidate? I suspect in CA, NY, IL and other D strongholds have never had to certify based upon a lawsuit.
