Changing a logo mid-operation is either a sign of lack of confidence in the brand/product or an intention to obscure/deceive.

Either way it's very bad optics and makes life unnecessarily difficult for anons when looking for QE General breads in the catalog - it used to be easy to pick them out - not now.
