my pet theory is that ex-nazi loot numbering billions was laundered into US corporations in the '50s/60s industrial and Wall St heydays. By late 60s West Germany was seeing R.O.I. and expanding its clout into the new reich, the EU. Then Frankfurt ((Roths)) and Deutschebank (and incidentally the Double-Eagle Fund (Soros) exploded into the globalism cult. And somehow, the symbolism gives it all away…

yes, the town is full of stories.
eg, research the origins of Reuters News there. It was a quirk of diplomacy that finance/commodity prices, telegraphed between london and frankfurt, stopped outside Aachen in Belgium. There was no telegraph line across the border, it was a comms gap, and Reuters had to horseback it the short distance and cashed in front running prices to the big members of "The Club". Reuters was jewish but pretended to be gentile and tried to class up his family to the top echelons. He was involved in the trans-atlantic telegraphic news of financials betwen NYC and London. Again he set up a frontrunning racket - his rowboat would hang around off shore of Ireland close to a telegraph station. As the big luxury liners passed eastward toward London the "news" was toseed overboard for retrieval and hurried off to his special clients. His son was very rich after all this but suicided in the early 20th Century in Germany after his engagement to the daughter of a german alpha family fell apart when they discovered he was jewish - and it came as a shock to the son as he had been brought up in the finest circles believing he was a christian/gentile and one of "the club". Old man Reuter had to resume company control when he was in his early '70s… a broken man. All his cheating backfired on him.

Goes way beyond the Spruce Goose and the movies: when he was a germo-phobe and spending more on his personal health care than some African Nations. He owned Nixon - he put him in the Oval Office (and Senators as well) in order to stop the nuke tests in Nevada. Millions of dollars and years spent at it but the US Nuclear research/NatSec "Deep State" would not budge so he up and moved away - won't spoil the story of that…
