Find a spreadsheet of the detailed county-level results.

Strip out just the relevant data.

Do a modulus(10) to reduce it to just the last digit.

Do a frequency plot for the numbers 0-9.

It should be fairly even.

 

(Not really a Benford's Law thing. That's if you looking at the other end of biggish numbers.)
