My fellow Americans,

As you know, since the 2018 elections there has been widespread reports about voter fraud. After that election, I tasked the Department of Homeland Security to develop methods to ensure a secure vote for all Americans. One of these methods included controlling the printing of ballots by adding an invisible watermark to the ballot. I have requested a vote recount of ballots that include this watermark. All ballots that do not include this watermark will be traced to the voter through the absentee ballot solicitation system. If the voter did not request the ballot, or if the ballot does not include the watermark, it shall be deemed as fraudulent.
