Why is there a coin shortage if no one is shopping in person?

Who is eating all the coins or is there another reason they stopped stamping them?

The .mil took over election security. would they not secure the printing of ballots? Any more secure place to print and store them? Would regular workers need to be sent home?

Now, if the ballots are .mil property and technology how much more trouble are you in if you attempt to transfer this tech to china and collude with them to counterfeit military property? If the mint is involved does the SS have a part in it?
