All official ballots have to have a BARCODE or a watermark…read you states election laws.
While it may take some time (NOT WITH MILITARY INVOLVED…) it will be easy to do a recount of OFFICIAL ballots in every state. Ballots with duplicate bar codes will have to be dealt with and that is for a judge to decide…
