It's discussed, but not in the form you posed it in. Polls are fake, they are to manipulate the outcome or advance the proposition/outcome that that coming fraud intends to perpetrate.
The point of view of the people perpetrating the fraud would be to blame the victim for interfering. "The reason we didn't steal as much as we said we going to, is that you stole it first." - of course phrased in lilly-white terms, honest election, count all the votes, etc. rather than in terms of theft.
