Just FWIW. The "hang fire" thing is a letter from the Holder era. Reminder of unwritten policy that exists to avoid tainting the DOJ with the appearance of political bias. It's BS, but that's where it comes from.
The reporting of foreign interference is a new thing, I think, stemming from the Russian Collusion hoax being advanced and amplified by Congress. It's a generic order, typical, to create a government report that nobody will read but will held up as "see, we are acting in the interests of the public." IOW, nothing there. Just the usual make work BS from the feds, who are the biggest threat to our freedom.
