How Trump wins the election in Congress
Hypothesis on how all this crap plays out. Election returns in multiple states will be contested by both candidates. Several of these states will not be able to certify their election results in time because of the fraud or other issues. The end result is that neither candidate actually makes it to the 270 delegate count necessary to certify an election for President. Here is how this scenario plays out.
Under Article 2 Section 2 third paragraph, a vote occurs in a joint session of Congress. The congressional delegations of each state caucus with one witness from another state to oversee the vote. The majority vote of each state's delegation determines that state's vote. Therefore, today only 50 votes exist. The Republicans have the majority in the collective congressional caucuses by a 26 to 24 vote. If this comes down to Congress, Trump wins.
