with microdot watermarks, wouldn't voter stubs and voter ballots be fingerprinted for individual traceability?
where individuals are suspected of intercepting and destroying a vote, area voters could be solicited to supply their voting stubs and affidavits of how when and where they voted. Once we determine which votes were destroyed, the counts of crime can be established and prosecuted.
At this point in the 2020 election, I'm less interested in who wins this election and more interested in restoring the integrity of the system. If there are not meaningful prosecutions and improvements, I will not vote again, but perhaps make it my life's mission to end voter fraud.
