To me it looks like someone took an exiting photo of trump, darkened it, blurred it, cropped it and posted it. What am I supposed to take from it?
Chain of custody is an important legal concept to understand. If one of the campaigns is not allowed to observe voting and counting then there is no secure chain of custody. If ballots are moved around, received in trucks, cars, suitcases, coolers there is no chain of custody to ensure those ballots are good. This will become very important in the appeals processes.
