First time Bill Clinton got elected, I was driving down the road and my stomach dropped to my toes.

I knew there was something seriously wrong with the country then.

It got worse and worse and worse, and then, all of a sudden, larger than life reality celebrity Manhattan developer Donald J. Trump finally stepped into the ring, for real this time.

And everything got better.

This has bugged me all year.

That number has always been Influenza + Pneumonia + covid.

And the covid part was always sketchy; people who died in motorcycle accidents but had a covid test taken before they passed were counted as covid.

We've lost 170,000 in past years just to Influenza.

The Pneumonia is equally staggering, every year.

Covid might be less than the Swine Flu.

Obama Campaign Slams Romney's Jeep Ad

October 30, 20124:00 AM ET

That's because last week GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney stated that Chrysler-owned Jeep, which has a big plant in Toledo, is considering moving all its production to China.

Chrysler and President Obama's re-election team say that's just not true, and the dispute is now being played out on what's become the campaign's center stage: the state of Ohio.
