Kosovo President Hashim Thaci resigns to face war crimes charges at The Hague

Kosovo’s president, Hashim Thaci, has resigned and is set to face the International Criminal Court in The Hague, after anindictment charging him with crimes against humanity and war crimes was confirmed in court.

“As I promised I will not go before the court as President of Kosovo,” Thaci said during a Thursday press conference in Kosovo’s capital, Pristina. The leader explained his pre-trial resignation, saying he wishes to avoid harming “the integrity of the Kosovo presidency, the state of Kosovo and the people of Kosovo.”

The indictment was filed in June by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office. It included not only the president, but several other former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) members turned-politicians, including Kadri Veseli, leader of the Democratic Party.

KLA was an ethnically Albanian guerrilla group, which fought Serbian control and sought to separate Kosovo from Yugoslavia and Serbia in the 1990s. It was active through the 90s and the 2000s, until Kosovo declared independence in 2008.

At that time, Thaci’s nom de guerre was ‘the Snake’, for his ability to evade authorities. While a KLA commander, the future president was allegedly involved in assassinating Kosovar politicians and military officers, for which Pristina’s District court sentenced him in absentia to 10 years in prison in 1997.

Prosecutors accuse Thaci of being responsible for almost 100 murders. The head of Kosovo’s parliament will take over as acting president until a new leader can be elected.

Criminal NY Governor Declares New Fascist COVID Rules

Face it, if the NY governor hadn’t been born into the family of Cuomo, if his father hadn’t been the governor of NY, he’d have emigrated to China where he’d be sweeping streets for a living. In Beijing, he’d be under 24-hour surveillance as a crazy man who might go off and do something bizarre and harmful.

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo is presiding over the lockdown death of his state, and of NY City. Many of his rich citizens are bailing out of NY with their tax money and moving to Montana and other points west and south. Soon, NY, minus billions in tourist dollars, will be collecting so few taxes they wouldn’t fill a single garbage pail on a desolate boarded-up city street.

NY, another Democrat share-and-care-and-love state, is hitting new highs on boot-clicking and saluting and fascist clampdowns.

“Most people who visit New York will have to quarantine for three days and then prove they are negative for COVID-19 before they are ‘free to go about their business,’ Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Saturday.”

“Now, travelers must show proof of a negative test taken within three days of arriving in the Empire State, and must also quarantine for three more days — and get a new COVID-19 test on the fourth.”

“If that’s positive, they must isolate for two weeks, the governor said at an Albany press briefing.”

“’Four days plus three days is seven days, and that’s basically, by all probability, the incubation period,’ Cuomo said, as he announced 2,049 new cases across the state and 8 deaths reported yesterday.”

“Anyone who refuses to be tested must quarantine for 14 days.”

“New Yorkers who return home within a day of leaving must take a test within four days of their arrival, Cuomo said. But if they are gone longer for 24 hours, then the new rules apply.”

“Those who commute to New York between bordering states are not required to be tested each trip, he noted.”

He noted, he declared, he announced, he ordered. Achtung!

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey should be ARRESTED for censoring Trump’s tweets, former White House strategist Steve Bannon says

Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon says the president has had an “overwhelming” reelection victory, adding that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey should be “arrested” for censoring Trump’s tweets on potential voter fraud.

“They're taking down the president of the United States,” Bannon said on one of the latest episodes of his podcast ‘War Room: Pandemic’, with the fate of the election still unknown.

The former Breitbart CEO went on to say Dorsey is interfering with the election by censoring tweets from the president alleging voter fraud as “misleading.”

“If the president of the United States does not call Bill Barr now, today, this moment … and send US marshals out to San Francisco and arrest Jack Dorsey today – I said it on Vice the other day and that interview was from two weeks ago. I knew this moment was going to come. When some punk like Jack Dorsey is going to take down and suppress the free speech of the commander-in-chief,” Bannon said.

Bannon added that “every piece of equipment” at Twitter’s headquarters should be “seized” because Dorsey is “calling it for one side.”

“Twitter HQ – don't just arrest Jack Dorsey, seize every piece of equipment in there. Take the thing down. They are impacting this election. They are calling it for one side. This cannot be allowed to happen,” he said.

Multiple tweets from the president accusing Democrats of potential voter fraud in states like Michigan and Pennsylvania have been censored by Twitter. Trump is claiming late “ballot dumps” in favor of Biden are his opponents trying to “steal” the election.

Twitter promised before the election to police tweets that made unproven claims on election results that are not yet final. The company has said Trump’s tweets have either spread potentially “misleading” information or called elections that aren’t officially final yet. These actions are in line with the company’s Civic Integrity Policy, according to Twitter.

Bannon made clear on Thursday in a Fox News interview that he believes Trump has had an “overwhelming victory.”

“The fact is, Donald Trump won an overwhelming victory. You see that in the Senate. You see that in the House. You see that in the state legislatures all down ticket. If we can get a legal vote Donald Trump wins it,” he said.

“Trump is already in his second term,” he said, adding that the administration will not allow this election to be “stolen.”

A cable news host on CNN made some particularly egregious comments about voters who express concern about the innumerable irregularities surrounding the 2020 election, likening them to dying fish “flailing around on the deck, on of like a dock” that is “breathing its last breath.”

The gloating TV journo in question was Jake Tapper, who has long been considered one of the most brazenly partisan hacks on the network.

“[Trump] and his offspring, h-his spawn, are out there putting out tweets that are just, you know, that have warning label after warning label after warning label ’cause they’re all untrue,” Tapper said, referencing the political censorship used by left-wing big Tech platforms to keep Trump supporters from organizing and sharing information online.

The CNN host continued, “And it is increasingly apparent that it’s kind of like a fish flailing around on the deck, on of like a dock, it’s like, they’re breathing their last breaths.”

Tapper pantomimed the flailing of his metaphorical dying fish, eliciting giggles from his female co-hosts.

In October, Trump called CNN “dumb bastards” for their obsessive COVID-19 pandemic coverage:

“You know, your state is doing great, with a pandemic,” President Trump said. “Pandemic, they’re getting tired of the pandemic, aren’t they? Getting tired of the pandemic.”

The President went on reference CNN by name: “You turn on CNN, that’s all they cover. ‘COVID, COVID,, Pandemic, COVID, COVID, uhwahawa… You know why? They’re trying to talk everybody out of voting. People aren’t buying it, CNN, you dumb bastards, they’re not buying it.

The crowd roared in applause for the roast of CNN, which continues to be one of the most despised political news networks in the United States.

Tapper’s lurid fantasy of Trump supporters suffocating on a dock and gasping for air may not be backed up by reality, however, as the Trump campaign has claimed victory in many of the remaining states and shows no signs of conceding.

NYPD releases mugshots of five protesters arrested overnight

The NYPD released the mugshots of a handful of protesters arrested for minor crimes during overnight demonstrations — a rare move following a state law severely limiting the release of booking photos.

The 24-year-old Devina Singh, who was captured on camera spitting in the face of a cop in Greenwich Village, was featured in the collage of five mugshots tweeted out by the department Thursday afternoon.

Also shown, from left to right: Elizabeth Barter, 28; Christine Brown, 23; Rachel Menard, 23, and Terrence Lewis, 25.

“Last night, these individuals were arrested at protests in Manhattan for various crimes, including assaulting police officers & weapons possession,” the NYPD tweeted. “If you have any info related to these individuals, or others regarding violence at protests, please call @NYPDTips at 800-577-TIPS.”

According to cops, Barter was picked up with a can of pepper spray, Brown was charged with assault, Menard allegedly hit a police chief, and Lewis was arrested with a stun gun.

It was the second time in recent memory that the NYPD decided to release mugshots of people who had already been arrested.
