Are legitimate ballots tied to an unhackable blockchain which has been uploaded out there somewhere? If the blockchain were formed months ago and properly encrypted, the authenticity of authentic ballots and their timestamps could be nearly irrefutable. Is that in the "watermark"? Each ballot would have an encrypted unique key which could not be duplicated with any known decryption technology.
I think the Department of Homeland Security in conjunction with military would have the best encryption on the planet.
Just speculation right now. But I'm sure that, given Trump knew long in advance they were forging mail-in ballots, that the election was made 100% safe. The white hats have an unbeatable plan for that. I can't wait to see what it is. :)
