A ballot counter was caught on video filling out ballots for A HALF HOUR at her table!
The camera caught her as she filled out the ballots.
And a security guard was seen walking past her as she filled in the ballots.

There was/is no reason not to. If Trump doesn't win (which he already has) then there's no reason to have money. The issue for state siezure of all real property has already gone out in Canada as well as other countries.
