Not my observation, this came from somewhere else. With all the censorship going on, even of the President, the game appears to be perception management- the message they want out there is that Trump is losing.

This has puzzled me too. I doubt all ballots were printed at the same facility. And since some Secretaries of State would probably not have gone along with that, how would it be done? And I'd like it to be true as much as anyone else.
