I also am not sure the judges have the stones to overturn an election. So many people believe in conceding "for the good of the country." It's a legit concern.

That is not my thinking it's many people in the GOP. I want to fight with everything we have got. But so many Republicans, including judges, have this attitude of surrender in the face of adversity, they may rationalize to themselves that "for the good of the country" it's better not to rock the boat. They may be tempted to go with the media consensus.
