Start at 6:04:30 . Just as the man talks about how it was looking like Trump's model was exceeding expectations in Florida, another anchor mentions how the Dems are confident about flipping WI, MI & PA

They talk about how they were briefed that PA had more votes to count, but would put off til the next day. When asked why, they respond The Plan, twice actually.
