They will know they were never mailed out.
They will know the ballots went directly from printer to DNC office or polls.
They will know those people never came to polls or mailed them in.
Who is signing affidavits to show that they came to polls to vote?

If her name is checked off as having voted the last day, investigators will know and can ask her.
