After 100 years of neglect somehow Wilmington got tge money over the summer to repave what seems like every riad in the city, just in time for their election close up.

As of Nov 4th they will be completely ignored again.

The poor folks enthusiastically voting for Biden in Wilmington are the same people his policies harm the most.
