This was passed along to me as an interesting theory. I don't know the person who came up with it, but it connects the dots pretty well in anon's mind. No sauce to include because it's only a random theory. Passing along verbatim:

I could easily tell you that they weren’t going to win those states.
They had prearranged a set of absentee ballot fraud that they believed to be sufficient to win based on their internal polling. The trips were to give cover and for needed face to face coordination prior to the election.
In Florida, Broward County voted very different from Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. Trump surge in early voting occurred in the later two, but not Broward.
On election day, they were surprised at Trump’s turnout, they had believed their polls and disbelieved polls that they wanted to ignore like Trafalger, who said Trump day of voting would be 2:1 GOP.
Here is where it went wrong. Because Florida and Texas have better systems, the counting was finished by 10pm. Dallas and Broward were already in the books and couldn’t be changed.
Now they made a decision to just produce as many votes as needed to win. They were scrambling, following orders. But rushed people make mistakes.
The video in Detroit was blank ballots being brought in. They already had the vote count on the thumb drive that they would dump into the system. They needed ballots to back them up. They covered the windows so no one could see they were filing in ballots.
This is also why they kicked out poll watchers in Philly, so there are no witnesses to ballots being filled out. Same thing with the broken pipe in Atlanta.
It was a rushed and sloppy job, because the smoothly done fraud that was already done wasn’t sufficient. They believed the wrong data set.
This is going to be their undoing. They panicked and because of their TDS, no one with a cooler head said “stop we are going to get caught”.
They HAD planned to steal the election all along, thus the basement strategy. But when their planned theft wasn’t enough they had to go back to rushed methods of fraud to get the numbers they needed.
But now the die has been cast. They have provable fraud in the system and can only try to work public opinion that the results should be accepted. They are using bought conservative media to try and help set that narrative. National Review with their “but did it matter?” article is an example. To me, that is proof NR is bought and must be destroyed.
I think the Dems really fucked up here, exactly like what happened in Impeachment.
One more thought, the leaked conference call tells me that Pelosi might not have been in on it. She believes they won the presidency and have a mandate. This was a Obama operation.
Schumer being quiet is interesting too. He is smarter and sees this was fraud, but wasn’t in on it. He’s waiting to see if they can get away with it."
