Does your command structure of "your" squad always make the right decision? Does every battle plan succeed or even go 'as planned'? It is my belief that we/Q put up one hell of a fight against a strong and deeply entrenched enemy utilizing the best plan, leaders, and soldiers to ever volunteer for a campaign. We gave 'em hell, but in the end we lost this battle. If your "squads" convictions can't handle that then maybe you should not be in charge of said squad.
