This is a copic blender, i use these as an artfag to draw. Copic markers are refillable alchohol based markers that blend really well, but the blender assists with that. Most inks will bleed with just a touch of alchohol like the blender, which is why they have some pens such as microns that can resist it as to not smear. Nothing sucks more than drawing a nice black line and when coloring gets all fucky.
