i tried to find sauce on that but couldnt come up with anything concrete but 10 days to count ballots received by election day does ring a bell. it might be in the constitution. if DOJ were to intervene during this time, before the votes are counted it could be interference. so makes sense to me. we'll see what happens

eligible voters is whats used to

calculate turnout, not registered voters. so i was comparing 2020 election apples to previous election apples, not previous election oranges. but if you wanted to know the number of registered voters, all you had to do was look it up. for the 2018 midterms it was about 153mn.

nobody refutes the ballot watermarks. everyone knows ballots have watermarks, its public information. its the THEORY that DHS used secret watermarks as a sting operation to ID bogus ballots that has yet to be supported.
