Blockchain is a way to save the post office. Logistics is too competitive for the USPS to stay afloat, so @POTUS got his team to develop a plan to keep the viable so they con pay out pensions to retirees for the rest of their life. It will end up becoming a fixed-budget solution to the current impending domm-tastic end that the USPS is looking at, and save the taxpayers billions in the long run.
