Military has simultaeous jurrisdiction over any crime committed on military installations .
This includes any portion of a crime such as conspiracy. If any part of a conspiracy took place on AF1 or in WH residence, WH Military office, food areas or WH or other such locations, then the entire crime falls under Military jurrisdiction if they so choose
