McCarthy is a giant dumbass.
He's right on that point, but McCarthy has consistently and repeatedly tried to apathetically pretend that minor instances couldn't possibly be related to systemic fraud. He's been part of the Fox News "where's the evidence" chorus whose ignorance seems to preclude further investigation.
