Q has stated multiple times that the “Plan” is an information war scenario, based on getting info out to the population, around the back of the MSM. How did they know it would work?

I posit that the Jade Helm exercise was actually an information war game to determine the viability of the “Plan”.

By injecting a constitutionally dubious posse comitus type infringement on the American population, an information data stream consisting of a very unpopular concept was discharged into the publics’ consciousness through MSM, Public Notices, and Official social media. I believe this led to the following data points being captured for use in evaluating the viability of the “plan” as follows:

What were the main media nodes for dissemination this information which would explain raw numbers of people that “could” be reached outside of the MSM. How did the info travel? What % of the population got the info?

What was the speed with which the information reached geographical areas? This would allow for schedule criticality judgements, and generally establish timelines to meet communication goals for disseminated information. How fast did the above % of population get the info?

What are the levels of engagement based on this information? What percentage of people in a geographic area that received this info, did something like show up to Town Hall type events, sent emails to friends, etc., how many ranted on twitter? What was the scaled level of reaction based on info stream?

I believe this theory fits well with what we know understand about the “plan”, and it is very plausible that the basis for fighting this info war had to be tested, right? This is the only reasonably solid nationwide information event prior to the 2016 election of GEOTUS DJT was Jade Helm. As a Marine VET that has been under the command of USSOC in a past life (MEU-SOC), I really don’t understand why they would need to leak or publish what the Jade Helm exercise was about. Makes no sense to alert those you are trying to infiltrate, even for an exercise. And I never did hear of anyone finding an ODA hiding behind the barn in BFE. I don’t think it happened, or maybe it did, point being the cyber/PAO involved could easily have been a separate information collection activity completely divorced from the exercise command.

The timeline for MI\NSA to decide the public was ripe for an undertaking, and to enlist GEOTUS DJT to the cause all fits, methinks.
