Clark County Nevada Official: The numbers I reported yesterday were incorrect. Our staff at the counting board incorrectly, mistakenly, provided me with the number of pages that they sent over to be read, but that was not the number of precinct ballots. Every ballot in Nevada sent to voters represents two pages. And so there were actually only 30,000 ballots that were read.

Pete Williams [NBC]: The state court [Pennsylvania] has just said to the Secretary of State, you must set aside provisional ballots that were cast by mail-in voters who were given a chance to cast a provisional ballot to fix some problems with their mail-in votes. They have to set any provisional ballots aside and not count them yet, until the court decides whether there is a legal right to count those ballots. Republicans say the law does not allow a voter to fix a ballot with problems. Democrats say the law doesn't say we can't. It does seem that this is only going to apply from now on; many counties have already accepted these provisional ballots, and put them into the pool of ballots cast.
