So QFS Blockchain watermark sounds impressive, but can someone explain to me what the whole idea is? Quantum Financial System QFS? Whaballot? Is the idea that every ballot printed has been issued something like a GUID/UniqueID and that's placed on the blockchain? It would be irrefutable proof of it's existence at the point of creation, assuming the blockchain was locked after all the ballots were printed.
I've seen other stuff about some long distance RIFD or ability to geolocate? Can somebody confirm?
