yes. check the date. its from NOV 2019. arlo was already tested in the field to audit 2019 local elections. it hasnt been deployed, that we know of yet for the 2020 election. i expect it wont happen until the election is over.
i had my suspicions when i saw his arrest video. he walked out to the road, kinda stopped right at the end of his laneway, then baby stepped on foot onto the road seemingly intentionally. allowing police to detain him on suspicion of "being a danger". an action police couldnt take if he was on his property without a court order, or warrant.
