We can be confident that NSA and other special intel groups have evidence of election fraud - SIGINT and HUMINT - relating to the planning and execution of the steal.

Unless this is declassified and/or somehow made admissible in court, lawsuits based on gathered intel might not be possible. In any event, time is not a friend.

What use can be made of the intel? Anon could envision certain key individuals being confronted with the evidence of their complicity. Given two options:
(a) you cooperate in unwinding the steal - don’t contest lawsuits, consent to enough fraudulent ballots being disqualified to allow Trump to eke out the win in enough states to get beyond 270, Ds live to fight another day and players in Congress get to keep their seats and their liberty; or
(b) everything possible is publicly released, the D party is shown to be criminals in cahoots with the CCP &c, and military rounds up culprits for immediate trial. D party destroyed.
Choose wisely.
My concern regarding the practicability of following through on the threat of exposure is getting coverage of the information under (b) - given the great media firewall - and on the uncertain position of the military top brass.
TBH, if something along these lines doesn’t occur, we have no functioning National Security apparatus, and the real dangers are orders of magnitude greater than just this election. What value is intel if you don’t use it? That was the pre-9/11 situation and we remember the dead.
