Folks are asking why the plan is taking so long to unfold and why we haven't seen any major arrest/perp walks. The answer to these two questions are found in posts 1180 & 586.
Why not mass arrests yet? Q made it clear first they have to resign, become regular citizen then are arrested. You cannot arrest thousands of major company or government heads while still in power. You’d collapse the entire country over night, equal to nuclear war.
Why RUDY GULIIANI and the perpetual Nunes intel committee side show? Because Guliani can be the link between the Huma “life insurance” files in NYC and the POTUS admin in DC. Nunes & team are the mouthpiece dropping drips of info to the general public.
Why is this method necessary?
There is a method the civilian ABC government agencies use to formulate criminal cases using what is called "Dark Intel" (ie: No Such Agency, intel). The get the intel first from SOD, they then pass it on to the ABC agency. The agency then reverse engineers the evidence and forms a case based on "legal/legit" means of "intel gathering". In short, they reverse engineer cases from the intel, so it appears to come from regular investigative steps. Violation of the 4th amendment yes, but this time we are at war, ie: national emergency.

We know Q team & POTUS has everything, but the optics have to look like the unfolding of a natural investigation. Can’t throw No Such Agency under the bus.
Therefore Guliani is the bridge to connect NYC and DC (Sessions/POTUS).
The “show” we are watching unfold is just actors playing their part for the Normies, so it can be slowly digested. The natural connections are being made in public, but the game is already over for the black hats.
