I thought he just concurred that the law about violent criminals was too vague, because it seemed to target people who committed crimes often associated with violence, rather than (I would naively propose) targeting those who actually committed violence.

 

It did seem pretty vague in the description I read. Congress could fix this by amending the law to make it clearer.

 

I didn't see anything about giving immigrants new rights.

I believe this casual statement is incorrect. There is a vast increase in the prevalence of this formerly almost nonexistent condition.

Meh, I don't have to forgive people who had fame and fortune and did nothing to get out. Many people got out and didn't get the fame and fortune. Many people said no to Harvey Weinstein, didn't agree to the sexy stuff he wanted, and so they didn't become movie stars.

 

It's a choice. Adults are responsible for their choices not made under duress. The lure of fame and fortune is not duress.
