Washington Post, in their online stream, are pouring cold water on Biden giving an acceptance speech tonight. He had planned to, but apparently votes are coming in 'slower than they expected' and, although Biden may speak, a victory speech seems unlikely.
NBC: The Biden Team is not seeing the projections that they were hoping would lead to a declaration of victory tonight.
