If all the votes are legit and you have nothing to hide why would you not keep track of the ballots?
If they can prove 100% of ballots for Biden with no other cnadidates filled out? that whole state might be nullified, eventually by the SC.
The State Governors and Sec of States by-passed the states legistalture and just made election changes due to covid. they will argue behind the state of emergency's of all 50 states in March due to COVID.
THIS IS WHY ALL THESE DNC STATES ARE SO STRICT ABOUT WEARING A MASK!!! INFLATING FLU NUMBERS

it is a matter of public record what State Legistlatures discuss. When Congress was in Recess in Washington over the last 5 months and all the Rep's returned to their states, there has to be a record of all the items they discussed in their State House Chambers.
