It appears that when the date of birth is BLANK that it defaults to 1/1/1800
There were many many 1/1/1800 dob
But placeholder date SOUNDS EXACTLY RIGHT
the 1/1/1800 sounds exactly like a placeholder date.
What do you think it is?
I could argue that people with placeholder dates instead of their real dates shouldn't be getting ballots, and getting registered.
But it certainly does look like the system defaults to 1/1/1800 when the date is left blank.
