I believe this is the answer. The election will need to be called as being for Biden but he will never be President. The crime will need to actually HAPPEN before anyone can say a crime was committed. If we stop it now, a crime will have been PREVENTED. When the crime gets proven and arrests start, the caged birds will start singing after being left high-and-dry by the people who gave them their marching orders.
