most likely not open source. and you'd probably be wanting to look at the firmware of the device
probably the only way to do that would be to be a known customer of the company (access to an update server, etc.), or have and actual machine to pull the firmware from…have a little hardware hacking fun
you might not even need ghidra, but that would depend on how the firmware is constructed.
