This is why Biden is delayed. This is HUGE for DJT. Absolutely HUGE. It telegraphs that SCOTUS is willing to settle the matter - if SCOTUS was going to rule against POTUS they would have refused cert altogether and not gotten involved - the fact they took the case means DJT likely wins Pennsylvania.
Talk about clutch timing.
