I think we are looking at an auditorium of some kind.. pay close attention to the lighting overhead.. much like what would be seen watching a show or concert.. While listening to the hot mic.. there was a clear and distinct echo.

Retracting that this was indoor..Used a larger screen to view again..it is outside.. still not sure were the earlier echo came from..
