Question: I live in an area where there are a lot of 2nd homes “camps”. The people who own camps are certainly allowed to vote in town elections, but not federal elections. If they’re main home is in another state, what is keeping them from using a mail in ballot from their home state then opting in their camp’s state, because they are technically registered?
