I take no issue with transcribing things for that purpose, but in this case the lady's Engrish is pretty bad and probably wouldn't make a lot of sense as a direct written quote. For awhile that's all I attributed Comey's reaction to, a lack of understanding her. But always kept it in the "maybe relevant for later" stack. Maybe I could cut down the video to that part only, I have the file. Could add to the cap for context.
